I started my career in this industry in the deep end as a Broker which can be a very tough environment for most, but becoming a whole of market specialist gave me all the tools and skills I needed to come here to Peter Morgan Financial and grow the company which now leads to very exciting future ahead as we continue to grow not only our client base but now our team.
I am super passionate about my job. Maybe a little too much as I seem to talk about it quite a lot even outside of work (so my mates tell me) but there’s nothing better than loving your Job and helping people with your knowledge and expertise every day.
To all my friends and at home I am known as a bit of a work acholic. I love my Job but the long hours I put in at times felt maybe I wasn’t getting the thanks I needed but that was until all my amazing clients in return gave me 5 Star reviews which seen me pick up 2 awards at the ESTAS. Including the most prestigious award of the evening. My key points are my skillset and knowledge of the industry, work rate, attention to detail.
Outside of work I love family days with my partner and kids and walks with our family dog Roxy. We are looking forward to our summer holidays as a family but not sure my partner is happy when she sees I have packed my laptop to do some work. (now and then) I do love being out with friends and a deserved pint after a good working week or a really bad round of golf.

Fully qualified professional mortgage and protection adviser with over 30 years experience within the financial service industry the last 22 years with Peter Morgan.

Away from work I enjoy watching football and Moto GP and listening to and playing music.

NIA WATKINS
I am the mortgage administrator here at PMF. I deal with the day-to-day tasks of the mortgage submissions, as well as the packaging requirements, making sure all cases are processed nice and quick to help clients get a very speedy service and smooth mortgage journey.
I have been here just over a year now and have been given such a huge responsibility from our mortgage advisors has given me so much confidence in work that I am super excited for my future here and in the financial services industry.
In work, you will no doubt find my desk in organised chaos and Hairbo sweets in my drawer.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places with my partner and going on holiday (the warmer the better).
JONATHAN MORGAN
Director of the now named Peter Morgan Property Group, Jonathan is a 34 year old property professional with a wealth of experience over a 16 year career.
Being a proud father and partner in his young family and with an upbringing in property Jonathan has used his passion to drive the PMPG into its strong position now with a recent history littered with Awards of Gold and Silver winners for local and national competitions such as the Guild of Property Professional Awards and the Coveted ESTAs. A finalist for Wales’ 35 Under 35 Business Men, and mentor for an Estate Agency Charity and official partner for 2022 Prostate Cymru for his charitable efforts including Cycling John oGroats to Lands End and North to South Wales in One Day, amongst others. Now the newly launched PM Financial partners with Agents around the country offering in house training and financial services to them creating a network of like minded agencies who want to provide the best service to their clients.
The sports insurance arm grows from strength to strength supporting local athletes, rugby teams in both local and international events.

I am the newest mortgage and protection advisor at Peter Morgan Financial and I have loved every minute of it. Buying a property can be a stressful process for anyone, however this is one of the biggest purchases that you will ever make so why not make it exciting? My goal is to offer the best advice I possibly can while also making sure you have a smile on your face while we do it.

KIT
I began my
role as Mortgage Admin Assistant at the beginning of 2023. Since then, I have
learned a lot about the industry and have enjoyed witnessing the process from
initial meeting to completion. Having not bought my own house yet, I get a lot
of excitement knowing we are helping our clients reach their own goals of
owning a home. My typical day includes assisting with the daily tasks from
liaising with clients and lenders to ensure cases are moving along nicely, to
making sure all packaging requirements are met.
Outside of
work you can find me going on local hikes with my dog and practicing
illustration and ceramic commissions.
